As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a great work environment we encourage all kaimahi (employees) to participate in our annual Your whakaaro kaimahi survey. The 2026 Your whakaaro kaimahi survey will be launched later this year with further details to come. Keep an eye on communications for your invitation to participate.
The most recent ‘Your Whakaaro 2025’ survey was the second kaimahi survey rolled out across Tāmaki, providing kaimahi with the opportunity to share their experiences and feedback. Your responses to this survey provided us with valuable insights into our current work environment – what is working well and what we can improve.
Kaimahi feedback from these surveys play a big role in shaping our workplace strategies and initiatives; you will have seen this with the release of the 2024/2025 Your Whakaaro Action Plan late last year in response to the feedback provided by you in the 2024 survey. Further below you will also see the quarterly updates provided on how our Senior Leaders were tracking against this Action Plan throughout 2025.
Your Whakaaro 2025 feedback is now closed for feedback. Please see the high-level MIT & Unitec results here.
We are committed to closing the feedback loop. Leaders will work alongside their teams to create team action plans addressing any feedback within the team’s influence. We also recently shared our latest Tāmaki action plan developed in response to feedback offered by kaimahi through our most recent survey. Tāmaki Transition Group is committed to achieving the actions it contains and quarterly progress reporting.
Please see the Your Whakaaro Action Plan 2026 as part of our commitment in creating a great work environment here.
