Wellbeing and Safety

Kaupapa / Purpose

We provide guidance and expertise to help achieve our vision: ‘Our people are safe and well, and feel valued, included and optimistic.’

Workplace wellbeing and safety is everyone’s responsibility.

We work with ākonga/learners, kaimahi/staff and others to strengthen our processes and support good work.

Our role is to engage, educate, provide support and promote safe work practices so that everyone who comes to work can go home safe and well.
