What We Do

Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining Unitec’s physical environment and assets.  We aim to achieve this through obtaining best value resources while working towards sustainable environmental goals.

The FM Property Team look after the following:
Internal & External Property Maintenance
Road maintenance
Cleaning
Property Lease Management
Building Compliance
Campus Signage & Maps
Parking

All campus maps including downloadable and satellite versions are available on the Unitec website here.
