Unitec’s 2017 financial result reported by Radio New Zealand

Radio New Zealand has spoken to Alastair Carruthers about the results reported in our 2017 Annual Report. In the interview, Alastair talks about the measures we’re putting in place to save costs and increase Semester 2 enrolments, in line with his update to staff on Tuesday. The articles also refer to the fact that we’re working closely with the Tertiary Education Commission and that they have appointed a financial advisor to work with us for a period of time.

You can listen to the interview with Alastair here, analysis from RNZ Education Correspondent John Gerritsen here, and commentary from President of the TEU, Sandra Grey here.
