Every year there are two graduation ceremonies – in April and in September.

All students who believe they are ready to graduate need to apply online.

As soon as all the End-of-Semester grades are posted:

• Administrators, Academic Quality (AAQs) start identifying and checking all students from all programmes who are eligible to graduate
• Identified eligible students will then be sent to the Academic Programme Manager/Academic Leader to confirm their eligibility status
• Once confirmed the AAQ completes the Completion Approval and Certificate Request Template (CACR)
• CACR is then sent to the Academic Programme Manager for approval
• The APM returns CACR to AAQ
• AAQ sends approved form to Academic Board for ratification
