Te Pūkenga Consultation process and timeline

On Thursday, 15 June, all staff will receive an email with information on how to access Te Pūkenga consultation documentation. The email will also outline pathways and methods for providing feedback. 

Online hui for all kaimahi will be held on Thursday, 15 June and Friday, 16 June – Te Pūkenga Executive Leadership team will introduce the proposed designs and supply further information. Staff wanting to attend the online hui must REGISTER HERE.  

There are a range of times provided across Thursday and Friday so please ensure you visit the REGISTRATION page to select a time and date that suits you best. 

Staff significantly affected 

From Tuesday, 13 June, staff who are significantly affected by the consultation proposal will receive a letter detailing the proposed impact. Te Pūkenga leaders are also expected to reach out and start speaking with those directly impacted in a staged approach starting with senior leaders. 

Te Pūkenga will be using ‘What Say You’ for ongoing feedback throughout the consultation period. Staff will be able to use ‘What Say You’ to ask any pātai (questions) or let Te Pūkenga know if any corrections to personal information are required. 

Information and guidance on accessing the ‘What Say You’ portal will be provided in the all-staff email on Thursday, 15 June. 

The consultation period will run for five weeks and will close at 5pm on Thursday 20 July. 

Once the consultation closes, all feedback will be considered. Final decisions will be shared in August.
