We would love to meet your people

Our services include:

  • AskMe Desk: Sitting in the heart of Te Puna, the staff at the AskMe Desk can help students with an array of enquiries, from directing students to their classes, booking appointments, basic library needs to timetabling queries.
  • Learner Outreach Project (LOP): This project formally closed on 15 December 2023.  If you would like student Academic and Pastoral care support, please reach out to the other teams in Student Success.
  • Learner Wellbeing Promoter: Support is offered to Unitec students who would like to improve their wellbeing.
  • Learning and Achievement: Learning Advisors and Access4Success Disability Service.
  • Library and Information and Resources and Subject Librarians. 
  • Student Central: The Student Central  (Te Pae Kōrero) team can help with everything, from programme enquiries and enrolments to orientation and graduation. They can also help connect to other Student Support Services available at Unitec.
  • Student Events and Communication
  • Student Support & Scholarships: Student support (including hardship and budget advice), Scholarship and award information, and providing a Student Advocacy service. These services are available at our Mt Albert campus (located in Building 180, Te Puna) and also at our Waitakere campus.
  • Te Puna Waiora (Health and Counselling): PLEASE NOTE: Te Puna Waiora Health is permanently closed. The Counselling team is still running business as usual.
