Semester 1 student course surveys are open for three weeks, ending on Sunday 8 June.
Please note: These are different surveys to the Student NPS survey which students completed earlier this year.
It’s important our learners see the value of completing the surveys and see change (where required) as a result of their feedback.
In last year’s course surveys, learners told us it was hard to find what they needed in Moodle. Since then, we’ve been implementing new Digital Learning Standards which all courses are expected to adopt. As a result, we’ve seen improvement across Moodle.
Please ask your classes to access their course surveys using this link: www.unitec.ac.nz/ratemycourse
The link can be used by all learners and will take them to the RateMyCourse portal where they can gain access by entering their student ID number. The list of courses allocated to them will be shown for them to give feedback on.
It’s important to send this link to your students and encourage them to participate – we’re relying heavily on staff to drive student engagement with this process. We recommend that you allocate 15 minutes of class time for your students to complete the survey.
