Te Pūkenga: Secondment opportunities to be part of the Transformation Programme

 

Te Pūkenga is underway with their people-led change programme and want involvement from the sector network. They will be looking for your your input on their Transformation Programme and the Te Pūkenga operational plan, so more on this will follow soon.

There is however an immediate opportunity to be directly involved, and that is through a number of roles that have been created to resource the programme workstreams. These roles are all on a secondment basis and you will need to get an endorsement from your manager prior to applying.

How to apply:

This document, Te Pūkenga Programme – Secondment Expressions of Interest, outlines the Te Pūkenga workstreams, the Transformation Programme structure, provides an outline of the roles and responsibilities, how to apply, a timeline of the process and FAQs.

Once you have received endorsement from your manager, the next step is to log your express of interest, through the form in the above document.

Roles are on a fixed-term secondment basis, potentially for 12 months (depending on the requirements), up to November 2021. During the secondment Unitec will continue to be responsible for your remuneration.

Note: the first ‘expression of interest’ deadline is 12 noon,Thursday 18 November 2020.
