Unitec staff and students are invited to the ‘Unitec (Lockdown) Solo Project’, presented by the Year 3 Acting students.
The students have been hard at work over the last six weeks on a brand new project – creating 10-minute online solo works, with support from three truly spectacular industry directors: Jason Te Kare, Julia Croft and Eleanor Bishop. These works are inspired by a fact or fiction character who experienced isolation.
The students and directors have navigated this novel creative process to make an incredibly diverse range of pieces in what has proven to be a rich and wonderfully unexpected learning journey.
Each night will be a different programme of eight original solo works.
