This is an opportunity for an existing member of Unitec’s whānau to step up, and steer the team to ensure consistent partnership and collaboration with internal and external partners.
The Interim Director of Industry Partnership will nurture and preserve existing industry partnership relationships whilst continuing to oversee industry advisory committees. An integral part of this role is to connect industry to Unitec and by acting as a conduit with key influential industry people to ensure needs are understood and are conveyed to Unitec Schools to ensure the programmes offered and developed at Unitec meet or exceed industry requirements and expectations.
Working alongside the Deputy Chief Executive Director, Pasifika and Partnerships and Support and other members of the team to drive performance and achievement alongside the values of Te Noho Kotahitanga
Alongside industry partnership success, the Interim Director of Industry Partnership will provide leadership to the team and foster a culture of collaboration through conscious leadership, shared experiences and resources, and working together towards a common goal.
