Further to our earlier communication regarding the printing outage, we would like to provide an update.
The issue has been identified as being linked to a broader Microsoft Cloud service disruption, which is impacting printing services across the business, including student printing facilities.
Our Digital team is continuing to monitor the situation closely and is working with our print vendor to ensure services are fully restored. At this stage, the issue is expected to be resolved overnight.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your continued patience. A further update will be provided should there be any change to the expected resolution time frame.
