To make it easier for our network to collaborate, the team at Te Pūkenga, with support from Simon Teahan in our IT team, has introduced new functionality now enables all Unitec staff to see the free/busy availability of colleagues in other ITPs or at Te Pūkenga, by using the MS Outlook Scheduling function. This has been rolled out across all ITPs.
Information will only be available if you already have the email address of the person you intend to meet with.
You can check the availability of network colleagues by creating a meeting in MS Outlook or Teams and adding the email addresses of those you wish to meet with. Click on ‘Scheduling Assistant’ and you will see when colleagues are available. The details of other calendar content will not be visible to others in the network.
