Marketing Administrator – Fixed Term role ending 31 June 2023

We are currently seeking someone with administration superpowers to support our amazing Marketing team for a four-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) working a mix of on-campus within the very cool Marketing space and at home.

Your everyday mahi will include a variety of administrative support including:

  • Supporting administration around Marketing budgets, raising purchase orders, receipting invoices, and setting up new suppliers in our system.
  • Management of work in progress with suppliers.
  • Monitoring and coordinating tasks in the job management system
  • Setting up Marketing team meetings and events.

If you have a real interest in Marketing already then you may even be able to get creative and help assist the team to write clear, concise, and complete briefs!
