If you have been wondering why helicopters were flying over the campus this week, it was part of a major clean-up operation as a team of 18 council staff and contractors called in helicopter support to help lift and remove fallen trees and hazardous debris left after last year’s weather events.
It’s wonderful to see it underway and I’m sure we are all looking forward to the restoration of this loved waterway.
