Booking a Unitec vehicle? Changes to the booking system

Our vehicle booking system has changed. This is due to to a review that identified we need extra layers of security.

The main changes to the system are:

  • New check box to confirm the vehicle is for the person making the booking on approved business purpose.
  • Only @unitec.ac.nz email addresses are valid.
  • Staff ID number now required.
  • Confirmations received via emails as previously with extra detail included.
  • Note – The system is only available on-campus as before – No access to it off site.
