Learning & Teaching Symposium 2024
In today’s tech-driven world, AI is revolutionizing education. Join us at this important symposium to explore the opportunities of AI for learning, to share insights, and to help foster responsible AI implementation.
Overview
In 2023, educators had to adapt quickly to ChatGPT, the ground-breaking Generative AI (Gen AI) tool, and navigate its impact on academic integrity. Now, in 2024, we need to focus also on enhancing AI literacy and exploring its positive integration into education. Join us on April 12th at Unitec for a learning and teaching symposium featuring Professor Danny Liu from the University of Sydney, and polytechnic sector colleagues presenting and talking about their use of AI for learning. Engage in discussions, strategic mapping, and networking to drive forward-thinking AI practices in the vocational and higher education space.
What will you gain?
- Professional Development: Enhance your Generative AI skills and knowledge with tailored sessions catering to educators at any stage of their AI journey.
- Exploration and Innovation: Discover novel approaches and techniques that foster innovation in AI educational practices.
- Preparation for the Future: Assess where you are at and begin to equip yourself with the tools and insights you need to prepare students for success in an AI-powered world.
