Staff lunchtime yoga classes – Term 3

Take some time out of your busy schedule to drop back into the body. Slow down, connect with the breath gain focus, increase vitality, reduce anxiety, aid digestion, increase circulation, strengthen the body, RELAX.

This practice aims to be inclusive to all levels and body types; to challenge but also to nurture. There is a guided relaxation at the end. You are encouraged to bring your own mat, however there will be 12 mats available to borrow for each class.

The fee is $7 per session. We hope to see you there!
