What can we do for you?
- Draft contracts for your projects with other parties
- Review contracts that other parties have provided to us
- Help you negotiate and finalise contracts with those parties
- Give legal approval to all contracts and arrange for signing by the Chief Executive, Executive Director or Executive Dean as appropriate
- Advise on disputes or other matters which may arise as you manage the performance of the contract
- Review marketing and promotional materials and advise on any Fair Trading Act issues
- Advise on Privacy Act matters
- Act as contact person for Official Information Act enquiries.
