Microsoft 365 tenancy consolidation is the planned migration of users, data, identities, and services from multiple Microsoft 365 tenants into one standardised tenant to enable consistent collaboration, governance, security, and cost management. |

| Digital | Network Modernisation FY25/26 (LAN) – Unitec | In October 2023, outdated network equipment was replaced. This included major network switches, a Wi-Fi upgrade, better separation of network traffic, improved fibre connections, and a carefully managed changeover to avoid downtime.

| Property | Unitec Mt Albert B115 Water proof / roof repair | Repairing building 115 roof | Starting End of March 2026 | Work is beginning on Building B115 at the Mt Albert Campus to replace the roof and some other minor works. The building will remain open throughout the project which is set to start on Tuesday 8 April and be completed by late September/October 2026. The small number of staff and students who will be affected have been communicated with about room changes. Only staff and students who occupy the top floor of the building will be affected.
Scaffolding will be erected around all sides of the building, and the exterior of the top floor will be covered in shrink wrap. All three entrances (two in the front and one in the rear) will remain open throughout. In addition to replacing the roof, work will be done on drains as well as windows and sky lights on the top floor. An area around the southeast corner of the building will be fenced off as a worksite. As a result of the works in B115, the general hotdesk area in B110 has changed to provide Business School staff with space. The new general hotdesk area in B110 is shown in yellow on the diagram.
