The Programme Board brings together our senior managers and key stakeholders to help guide and support the programme. Its role is to keep delivery on track—ensuring we remain within scope, budget, and timelines, and that we achieve the outcomes and benefits we’ve committed to.
Senior Responsible Owners (SROs) hold overall accountability for ensuring the programme meets its objectives and delivers the expected benefits.
