• Facilitates meetings, sets the agenda, and ensures follow-up on actions. Provides management oversight and ensures the programme is delivered within scope, budget and schedule and will deliver the desired outcomes and benefits.

• Ensure the programme aligns with the needs, goals and operational requirements of their function and the broader organisation. 

• Assess the impact of the programme on their functional area and risks to preparedness and ability to implement the change. 

• Ensure their functional area is appropriately involved in the execution; provide the necessary resources with the right skills and expertise for successful delivery, ensure the work in their area is progressing as planned and remains aligned with the overall programme objectives, and any risks are identified 

• Monitor the financial health of the programme, track budget performance, and ensure financial resources are being spent according to plan.
