Skype for Business (SfB) is our phone system, most staff will use their computers and mobile devices to stay connected in the same way you used your desk phone, BUT with the added benefit of providing collaboration tools for the modern office.
Skype for Business is a Microsoft application and fully integrated with its other apps such as Outlook, making it easy to connect to colleagues.
