Emails are a core business communication tool

All staff will be provided with an email account, in the format username@unitec.ac.nz, that will be the main channel for communicating unitec business.

You are expected to use this email address for all professional email communication and as such you should include the official email signature. You will find instructions on setting this up on the email signature page.

We recommend using Outlook 2016 as your email client as it integrates with other Microsoft apps (e.g. Skype for Business and OneDrive) to provide more functionality.
