Who we are and how we can help
  • Our HR Business Partners practise a business partnership model, allowing them to work closely with allocated Schools and Departments.  In this way, we aim to get to know and understand the strategic drivers for each area of Unitec and therefore are able to recommend and deliver innovative HR solutions targeted to the requirements of each business unit.
  • The HR Services and Payroll team  makes sure you get paid correctly every fortnight, and issue all documentation relating to employment.  A number of routine requests for HR documentation can now be lodged via our ASKHR online tool.
  • We provide advice and support to managers in all aspects of Recruitment, from identification/creation of a vacancy, planning of recruitment strategy, advertising, interviewing and selection through to the final offer of employment.
