ACAFM is the system used to log a request for both internal and external maintenance and repairs around campus.
Security requests are also raised via ACAFM. Refer to Security Page – Car Park Reservations, keys & access cards, staff parking stickers, and requests for access to buildings/classrooms.
Please Note:
- ACAFM should NOT be used for room bookings or to log a request for capital works.
- For campus health & safety related enquiries please email Health and Safety Team at safety@unitec.ac.nz
- Jobs relating to phones, printers, AV equipment, computing issues and installation requests should be logged via IMS Self Service on the NEST.
- Jobs for inward goods, parcel delivery and all vehicle booking requests should be made via the Goods and Transport page of the Nest.

Staff Internal Relocation Request
All internal relocations must be demonstrably aligned to Ngā Tohu Mahi Matua (KPIs) Nga Tohu Mahi Matura 2025 and be approved by the relevant Senior Leader. The lead time on completion is currently sitting at around 6-8 weeks.

FURNITURE: All furniture requests or repairs should be logged via FM Job logging.

- Ensure that the appropriate manager is aware of the potential purchase and has given approval
