What We Do
Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining Unitec’s physical environment and assets. We aim to achieve this through obtaining best value resources while working towards sustainable environmental goals.
The FM Services Team looks after the following:
- Internal & External Property Maintenance
- Road maintenance
- Cleaning
- Property Lease Management
- Building Compliance
- Campus Signage & Maps
- Security
