Timetable Change Request

Submitting a Timetable Change Request.

  1. Check the Business Rules Definitions for the required level of approval. Please note that approval changes depending on the timing.
  2. Click here to complete the form.
  3. Once the form has been completed and submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation:
    • If approval is required forward to the designated approver with any additional files attached. Request that they approve the request and forward to timetabling@unitec.ac.nz.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The request will only be actioned once forwarded to the timetabling e-mail address with required approvals.
