Viewing Timetables
Timetable ChangesFor all changes to published timetables (including course/room clashes, changes to course/room timetables, exceeding class sizes), please complete the Timetable Change Request form. Depending on the type and scope of the change, different business rules apply as to who can approve the change. These rules can be found on the Timetable Change Request page. ‘Ad-hoc’ Bookings (Casual bookings – Internal only)Lecture theatres and other academic spaces are available for staff and student use when not being used for teaching and learning. Details of spaces including room type, equipment, capacity and availability can be viewed and booked via Timetabling’s Web Room Booking tool. You can also contact timetabling@unitec.ac.nz for advice on suitable rooms All existing ad hoc bookings can be viewed via Timetable Viewer. Event BookingsManaged by the Events team, Te Puna is a space for staff, students and visitors. External BookingsAll external bookings should be directed to Shama Te Rangi sterangi@unitec.ac.nz, Coordinator – Infrastructure Operations. Double BookingsThe timetabling software does not permit double bookings so where an issue arises, staff should first check their bookings on Timetable Viewer. Timetabling OfficeThe Timetabling Office facilitates and manages programme and course planning, class timetables, examination timetables, class validation and setup, ad-hoc room bookings, the academic calendar, and works with Facilities Management to manage all Unitec teaching and learning spaces.
