Are you planning an event this year? The Communications team has a dedicated event service, managed by Kirsten Petersen and Paul Hays. The team can assist with event management and support, and they’re available to help all Unitec people with planning events.

What does the events service offer?

This service has been created to help you put on fantastic events and take a lot of the work off your hands. The team will give you the support you need to meet our brand guidelines and cover all of the elements needed for a successful event.

How to get in touch

Visit the Events page on the Nest, where you’ll find information, resources and a form that will give the team an idea about what you are planning and the level of support you need, whether that is advice or a full event management service. During busy times of the year, the team may not have the capacity to offer full event management, but can always offer advice and support and provide solutions. Giving plenty of notice about your event will help to manage capacity.
