STARStaff Teams Advisory Rōpū (STAR) is an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) initiative (see Merran’s blog) and comprises of ELT members and self-elected Unitec staff. STAR’s role is to partner with the ELT and the Board, to inform strategic and operational direction; and to strengthen the ‘staff voice’ in decision making.
