In July 2018 we introduced our Renewal Plan, initiated to create a more sustainable operating model and structure for the long term. The Plan commits to three key priorities:

> A renewed focus on core business – work-ready graduates, life-long learners
> Success of priority groups – Māori, Pacific and under 25 years old
> Commitment to West, Central and North Auckland communities

An outline of our design principals, led by best learning, effective support services, as well as our Renewal Plan objectives, purpose and critical success factors, are available in the Renewal Plan presentation slide pack.

In November 2019 we finalised Manaakitia te Rito – our Renewal Strategy, capturing our Purpose and Strategic Priorities that put students and communities at the heart of what we do.
