Thank you to everyone who attended our Tū Arotake mid-year review event last week.
It was a great chance to ‘ka mua ka muri’, or look back, so we can move forward.
This year, Peseta talked about the way EFTS are growing and how ākonga feedback at Unitec is the strongest it’s been. Please see the link to the recording of the livestream:
Tū Arotake – Midyear Staff Catch Up (echo360.net.au)
We also got to share our results for Your whakaaro – kaimahi survey and take a deeper dive into areas where you see room for improvement. For those who were unable to attend or who dialled in to these events and didn’t have an opportunity to engage in the workshops, we’re keeping the kōrero on our survey going with the following in-person workshops at our Mt Albert and Waitākere campuses this week.
We want all kaimahi to have an opportunity to share your thoughts on how we should prioritise the actions that will make the biggest difference to your work environment now and into the future.
Senior Leadership Team has committed to ensuring kaimahi based at all campuses in Tāmaki Makaurau have an opportunity to engage on creating a meaningful action plan, so please use the below opportunities to meet with SLT and share your thoughts.
Tuesday 13 August – Rm 180-2045, Building 180, Mt Albert, 12 pm – 1pm
Thursday 15 August – Rm 510-3009, Building 510, Level 3, Waitākere, 12 pm – 1 pm
Our Organisational Development team will be supporting these workshops. For further information, please contact Annaliese.Hohaia@tepukenga.ac.nz
