Unitec is intending to phase out SPSS statistical software and is replacing it with R software. As part of the phase out plan, Tūāpapa Rangahau is offering a two day workshop and a one day refresher workshop on R software.
Using R: An introductory and refresher course on statistical analysis and data visualisation
Prerequisite: participants must be research-active Unitec staff members who are tenured at 0.5 FTE or greater, and who have a good understanding of descriptive statistics.
Two workshop options
A two day course for beginners, and a one day refresher for experienced users. Please note, if you have not used R before, you must sign up for the beginner workshop. If you would like to complete the workshop for advanced users, please complete the beginner workshop first – but you may sign up for both.
