Around 100 agents from our partner organisations around the world recently joined us at Unitec for our International Agent Day. The event was designed to highlight our strengths, share inspirational student stories, updates on our campus, future developments and provide networking opportunities.
Our visitors were welcomed with a pōwhiri at the Marae and an address from our Region One Executive Director Peseta Sam Lotu-Iiga and then toured Building 108 (Te Pūtahi), including Toi o Wairaka Gallery, Makers’ Space, Art House, Mac Labs, and the Film Studio. They also saw our ākonga at work in Mataaho, seeing first-hand the types of industry-aligned programmes we offer at Unitec.
