Congratulations to our STEPtember teams! The winner was…

It was a month of walking, running, biking and boot camps…anything to get those steps up!

Our 30 teams did us proud, stepping their way through STEPtember and raising money for the Cerebral Palsy Society.

And the winning team was…

UPCREAC with 2,189,629 steps. Congrats to the team members: Renee Peeni, Blair Sorensen, Debbie Loots and Anaru Parangi, who have won a $50 voucher for morning tea.

Runner up teams, winning a $20 voucher were:

  • Fantastic Four team (Juanita Laulu, Angelo Rhoda, Ahmed Hemady and Paula Gerrard) with 1,752,059 steps.
  • UPC T&L team  (Sarah Sommerville, Andrea Thumath, Robyn Gandell and Beth Fitzgerald)  with 1,732,503 steps.

Our winning STEPtember team: UPCREAC from Unitec Pathways College.

The Wellness team will be in touch with our three winning teams to arrange your voucher.

The top three fundraising teams:

  • Unofficial Security team (Jasmine Tuheke, Sushani Jayasinghe, Birendra Karki and Hannah McCready)
  • SEM stepper team (Michelle Paki, Pam Malcolm, Meena Singh and Debbie Roberts)
  • RAMY team (Anna Wheeler, Yvonne Sang, Melinda Jenkins and Rolani Moaseqi)

Theses teams all surpassed the $500 team fundraising target. The funds will go towards supporting people with cerebral palsy.
