NZQA is currently consulting on proposed changes to the:
New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF): This includes updates to level and qualification-type descriptors, as well as the visual representation of the NZQCF.
The NZQCF technical booklet: Revisions are proposed to reflect changes to the NZQCF and improve accessibility and usability for different audiences.
NZQA Rules: This includes rules around awarding and reporting qualifications and micro-credentials, award requirements and documentation, Te Hono o Te Kahurangi quality assurance, programme and qualification alignment, RPL and CRT, and English language proficiency requirements.
Full details of the proposed changes can be found on the NZQA website.
