Unitec students prepare for Pacific Dance NZ Festival

Unitec academic advocates for Māori and Pacific knowledge in education

Unitec Associate Professor, Lefaoalii Dion Enari holds a PhD in Samoan culture from Bond University, and his research encompasses Indigenous Sport, Sport Management, Pacific Studies, and Diaspora Studies. Mother-of-eight beats cancer twice to finish degree at Unitec

58-year-old mother-of-eight,  Juanita Parata (Ngapuhi) overcame cancer for a second time to graduate from Unitec with a Bachelor of Health Science (Medical Imaging) last week.
