All kaimahi hui – Wednesday 20 September, 10am – 12pm
On Wednesday our Te Pūkenga Executive Leadership Team (ELT) will share the final structure and next steps for recruitment, redeployment, and transition.
You are welcome to join this all-kaimahi hui individually online or in-person with your colleagues. Provisions have been made to get together at Unitec and MIT to watch the live session, and engage with ELT and local leaders after the decision announcement. This session will also be recorded and made available for kaimahi on Te Whare.

Deep dive sessions – Thursday 21 September
On Thursday, all kaimahi are also invited to attend a series of deep-dive sessions which will explore the final decisions. The timing of the sessions is staggered to offer you the opportunity to attend any, some or all sessions.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the changes with ELT. The details for these hui are available on Te Whare.
There will also be a series of online hui with Keri-Anne Tane, Pourangi Tangata | Chief People Officer which will cover process and next steps. All kaimahi are welcome to attend these. Details for these events are also available on Te Whare.
