If you have Covid-19 or are a household close contact please follow the instructions below, which can all be found on our Nest Covid-19 page (right column):
- If you have tested positive for Covid-19, please fill out the Unitec Staff Contact Tracing Form. More information here.
- If you have been identified as a household contact, please fill out the Unitec Staff Household Contact Information Form. You will need to self-isolate for 10 days and get tested on days 3 and 10. Click here for more advice
- If you have been identified as a close or casual contact, you will need to monitor for symptoms for 10 days and get a test if symptoms develop. You do not need to inform Unitec if you are a close or casual contact. Click here for more advice.
- Report your RAT result: https://covid19.govt.nz/ or via My Covid Record: https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/
