Te Pūkenga is about to recruit for a further two permanent, leadership roles to lead two of the enabling functions. The roles are:
- Chief Finance Officer
- Chief Digital Officer (tier 3 but sitting on the ELT at Te Pūkenga)
Appointing these leaders offers stability to the enabling functions teams..
By the end of 2022, the enabling functions across the network need to be aligned. This is to ensure processes are in place and we are prepared for network delivery from 1 January 2023. The efficient operation of the enabling functions (and the retention of staff within these functions) is critical to achieving a smooth and efficient transition of subsidiaries into Te Pūkenga.
