The former student accommodation (also previously known as 310 Student Village) next to building 76 is now operating under OAK Property Management and is being used as emergency accommodation.
As a result, a handful of remaining students in the accommodation moved out last year into private accommodation and across to the student accommodation through the walkway at Campus Waterview which offers additional pastoral care support to our students as required under The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021.
If you have students looking for accommodation, please do not refer them to the accommodation next to building 76. This accommodation is now only being rented by apartments as a whole and not per room.
Students can be referred to Student Support for assistance with looking for housing. The team will let them know about accommodation in the area and contact details for these options.
