Ngā Taipitopito – proposed Operating Model special
Over the next three weeks, we will be keeping you updated on the proposed Operating Model engagement with special editions of Ngā Taipitopito.
In this edition, we want to let you know about our all-staff virtual presentations, that you can register to attend.
Invitation to staff virtual presentation sessions
In addition to presentations being held in your own organisation, Te Pūkenga leadership team will also be presenting the proposed Operating Model and taking questions from staff across Te Pūkenga, ITP subsidiaries, WBL and the TITOs.
These sessions will provide you, as staff, with another chance to come online and hear about how we are proposing to work together in the future.
How to book into a session
There are seven virtual presentation sessions available.
To book your place, please register here for one of the sessions below. Please note that these are limited to 250 attendees per session.

As you complete your feedback, we encourage you to talk to your peers, whānau, union and/or manager. Your feedback will be used to help shape our Operating Model which will then guide future conversations with you about our governance structure, regional boundaries and organisational structure.
