Welcome to the whare hokohoko o te kaitātari.  This is where you can request and track your business intelligience (BI) data, analysis and training needs beyond what is already available in the extensive suite of Power BI reports and dashboards accessible HERE.

You will be guided to existing PowerBI resources if your request can be accommodated there.

What happens to your request?

Your request will be:

• acknowledged by email
• copied and provided to you
• allocated a request number

If the request is outside the scope of the Analysts’ work you will be notified with a reason why.  Where possible contact of who to reach out to will be given.

In some cases further information may be requested.

Minor requests

Minor requests less than four hours of work will be allocated depending on capacity and priority.  You will be contacted:

• whether approved or not
• if the expected date of completion exceeds that requested
• and advised that your job is on a priority list with variable completion date dependent on capacity

Major requests

Major requests requiring over four hours of work will require management approval.  Management meets regularly to consider these requests.  After consideration you will be contacted and advised:

• whether approved or not
• the expected date of completion or
• that your job is on a priority list with variable completion date dependent on capacity
