Great news for our Academic staff and anyone using the timetabling tool! A new timetabling tool that simplifies the process of viewing your class timetable information will be launched at the beginning of semester 2.
The tool will be an easier way to view your, and your team members’ timetables to see who is allocated to a teaching space at a specified time.
Before the tool is launched, training material is available, so you have time to familiarise yourself with how it all works.

As we near launch day, our Timetabling Specialists will be in touch with APMs to provide support with the new tool, so please send any questions to your APM, so they can discuss them with the Timetabling Specialist.
This project has been a collaboration between our Operations team, timetabling, IT and, most importantly, our Academic Programme Managers (APMs). The APMs have had input every step of the way to ensure the enhancements address the issues with the current viewer.
