Draft Flexible Working Guidelines: Feedback welcomed

Feedback is welcomed on the draft Draft Flexible Working Guidelines.

The guidelines provide our principles and practical considerations for setting up flexi-work arrangements. They also remind us of our Health and Safety and IT requirements/considerations.

The guidelines are to be read in conjunction with Principles for New Ways of Working which ensure that all ways of working are aligned to our Te Noho Kotahitanga values and kaupapa. These guidelines have been designed to help us frame our conversations to find flexi-work arrangements that work for Unitec, your team and you.

Please send feedback on the Draft Flexible Working Guidelines to the Human Resources team, by Friday 16 July, 2021.
