Submitting a Timetable Change Request.
- Check the Business Rules Definitions for the required level of approval. Please note that approval changes depending on the timing.
- Click here to complete the form.
- Once the form has been completed and submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation:
- If approval is required forward to the designated approver with any additional files attached. Request that they approve the request and forward to timetabling@unitec.ac.nz.

- If no approval is required forward to timetabling@unitec.ac.nzwith any additional files attached.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The request will only be actioned once forwarded to the timetabling e-mail address with required approvals.
