Managers Toolkit

Our Managers’ Toolkit is a ‘how-to’ guide for the core management processes you regularly follow.  For each process, we have mapped out the steps involved and provided all the links and resources you need.

We will be building this out with more processes over time, but for now we have focused on a number of people processes (those that provoke the most questions or involve the greatest number of separate systems) and we’ve also started on finance processes as follows:
