Get your team together for fun and games: Team building at our Sports Centre

The Human Resources team took part in a team building session with Dee recently

What a year it’s been! After a very busy year full of unexpected bumps, wouldn’t it be nice to get your team together for some fun and games?

Throughout November, our Sports Centre team is offering one-hour, free, facilitated sessions to help you take a break from your day-to-day office setting, and relax and have some fun with your team.

The sessions, which incorporate our Te Noho Kotahitanga values, are for all fitness levels and ages. You don’t need a change of clothes as long as you are wearing something comfortable. Walking to the Sports Centre will be all the warm up you need, then you’ll be into the games.

Your facilitator – Dee Tuitupou

Dee Tuitupou is keen to get teams together, away from their desks and having fun. She finished studying last year, graduating with a Bachelor of Sports and Recreation with a major in Physical Education and Teaching. Dee says “I’ve always liked people, love having fun and when I was in high school my PE teachers really helped me – it was my safe space and I want to give that same experience to other people.”
