You may have noticed some increased activity around the northern end of the campus. There’s some filming for a TV series taking place in and around B001 over the next few days which will mean increased traffic flow through Gate 1 and the closure of some of the main Gate 1 carpark from Friday, October 23 to Tuesday 27 October (no filming will take place over Labour Weekend).
All staff and students affected have been informed and alternative carparks have been identified. The crew will also return for one day’s filming in early December.
It’s exciting news for our Creative Industries School as some of our PASA students have secured work experience roles on the project.
The filming won’t affect the Shakespeare’s Season staged by our Performing Arts students which opens on Wednesday 28 October with a performance of Love’s Labour’s Lost in the Theatre by B006.
