This includes information which cannot be altered without approval, such as:
- Hours of delivery
- Learning Outcomes
- Assessment names & weightings
- Topics to be covered in the course

Check teaching plan covers the delivery of Learning Hours
Pre-moderate all assessments
Set assessment dates – check with other lecturers to ensure even distribution of assessments in the Programme
Check the examination regulations If there is an exam in the course
Know the extension and Affected Performance Consideration rules for the Programme
Complete the Pre-delivery section of Course Evaluation & Planning (CEP) online.
Find out if the Literacy & Numeracy Assessment Tool is used with your learners.
Familiarise yourself with the Programme Regulations
Need to know:
- Course evaluations: week 3 (early check in) & after the semester break (institution wide)
- Retain any feedback you receive from students and/or stakeholders as evidence for future course improvements
- Assessment marking is 10 days turnaround; marks need to be entered into PeopleSoft Gradebook after post-moderation
- CEP needs updating after each assessment has been post-moderated & marks finalised.
